Terms & Conditions:

1. Only serious buyers will be entertained.
2. Sales are on first come first served basis.
3. Payments are to be made within 2 days after the confirmation or else the order will be cancelled.

5. All prices are not inclusive of shipping and handling fees unless stated otherwise.
6. D'Fabulous Couture will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items caused by the shipping provider.
7. All transactions are final and are not refundable.
8. All items are brand new and they are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
9. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Shipping & Postage Fee

1. We use Pos Malaysia to send your package via Pos Laju unless otherwise stated
   
   
2. Postage Fee:
   
   • Peninsular Malaysia RM7 (1 to 2 pieces)
   • Peninsular Malaysia RM10 (3 to 4 pieces)
   • 5 pieces an above according to weight
   • East Malaysia RM10 (1 to 2 pieces)
   • East Malaysia RM13 (3 to 4 pieces)
   • 5 pieces an above according to weight
   • We will provide tracking code sent to your email/sms once the package has been sent.
   • We will send your items 2 times a week i.e. on Wednesday and Saturday.
